Consistency – Any coffee chain understands what a ‘double double’ means.  Imagine going to one and ordering a medium double double, only to be given a small black tea with milk on the side.  Clean My Space offers consistency.  We are consistent performers, our HMMs are trained the same and monitored and re-trained where necessary to offer clients the same service each visit.  Consistency is how we can establish trust and goodwill with our clients. That’s why we use a checklist.

Honesty – Hiring a cleaning service requires a leap of faith.  Clients need to know that they can trust their most precious belongings to a company that they can put their faith in.  Clean My Space takes the guesswork out of the hiring process.  We diligently reference check our HMMs to ensure they understand the value of honesty.  Our HMMs are trained and sign off on privacy and confidentially agreements to ensure honesty is maintained at all times.  Further, clients can trust us with honest reporting and accurate billing.  Should a breakage occur, clients can expect a call from us right away.  We don’t keep secrets, we want our clients to know everything pertaining to their service with us.
